Construction in the Czech Republic is evolving in every area. One of such areas goes to the next level. We are talking about the construction of large storage units. European developers and logistic companies are planning to construct large logistic hubs inside the Czech Republic with an area of 100 thousands of square meters. It’s twice larger than currently existing storages.

Cooperation with a logistic infrastructure of the P3 development company allows VF Corporation to supply whole Europe with clothing of such well-known brands as Wrangler, Lee and The North Face.

Last year Irish discount market company Primark opened a storage facility in Bor city (Tachov District). The brand focuses on youth clothing and analytics consider the company to become a competitor to such brands as Zara, H&M and Gap. It worth noting that Primark has no branded stores in the Czech Republic and uses the storage with DHL transporting network to supply products to shops of East Europe.

Large facility was opened in Cheb city last year by Tchibo with support of Accolade and Panattoni. The plan is to go on markets of Central, Eastern Europe and Germany.
